By reviewing and accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use any of our Services. Furthermore, you will not be refunded.

Non-Suit Agreement

If a lawsuit is initiated despite this agreement, it must be serviced exclusively in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and be processed through arbitration.
